Our team

Our team will receive your photo and start working on it right away. If, for some reason, you photo cannot be used, we will reach out to you immediately asking for a replacement. Many times, this is only the case when the photo is of poor quality, and we feel we cannot get the level of detail that you might want.

We usually complete the conversions within 24 hours during the week. Please note this is a manual process that is hand-designed by our skilled staff. While it is true that there are programs and other web services that will convert a photo into a SVG or other vector file, 99% of the time, these resulting conversions will not be able to work with CNC Plasma or laser due to lack of bridging or line widths that are too thin.

This is where our skills come in… Because we have been designing files for years to work on our CNC Plasma, Router and laser machines, we know what needs to be done to get the file setup properly for these machines. This is where the human touch comes into play. You will get a file that will work, guaranteed!

Once the file is converted, we will deliver it to you via email in a bitmap (.jpg) and a vector (.svg) format.

If you need custom revisions done to your file, we can work with you on this as well for an additional fee.
